Top Gear: Retro Velo Jersey and Knicks Combos

Australia is becoming a hub for quality bike clothing. One of the newest on the block is Retro Velo, whose motto is “Old style grit with modern comfort”. The company comes from a group of keen Melbourne riders who enjoyed the look of old style jerseys, but not the lack of comfort. All the designs come from the 1920s when the founder’s great grandfather was State Champion of Tasmania.

The jerseys are made with high quality 100% polyester with Coolmax inserts to maximise wicking and keep you dry on the hot days. We have also used a high-density contoured chamois in the knicks for maximum comfort and support during long rides. At this point all sales are direct.

Price: Jerseys: $85

Knicks: $95

Shimano have once again raised the level of braking, something many feel they already rule. The SLR EV are very strong, but also have good progression. They also allow mounting to 'hidden brake' time trial frames via the two pivots so it will be interesting to see if any frame manufacturers use them in radical new designs.

This isn't a cheap chance to get Anna nude in the magazine. When she broke her spine prior to the Beijing Olympics Anna was put on a special program to strengthen the supporting muscles in that area. You can see the results here.
