These electrolyte tablets are a convenient way to mix your sports drinks. When you’re on site at a race or event it’s easier to drop a tablet into your bottle rather than spooning powders. One tablet makes the recommended concentration when dissolved in 750ml of water. The tabs contain a mix of electrolytes including sodium, magnesium and potassium, and vitamins to replenish salt levels during periods of heavy perspiration. It’s important to note that they contain zero calories so are not a substitute for food. There are three flavours; berry, citrus, and pink grapefruit. Each tube contains 20 tablets.
