• I forgot my password, can you help?
  Our Forgot Password Form will send an email to your registered address giving you immediate access, once you click the link in the email you can Update My Details.

• Need to change your details?
  Update your Registration Information (You need to log in first).

• Does your password not work, even though you're sure it's right?
  That's probably our fault we've been tightening up the security here.
  Why don't you Send yourself a Password Reset Email and update your password.

• How much does it cost to list my bike?
  Listing your bike is FREE.
  Register Now, then press Create to list your classified.

• How can I hide bike shop listings?
  To see only private ads, in the red search area, set "Industry" to "Private".
  Also, to see only bike shop listings, set "Industry" to "Trade".

Stay Safe Online Tips

We recommend dealing locally with buyers and sellers. Avoid international buyers and sellers, as we have had online scams reported by our users.

• A bad or international phone number or emails using a different name to the one listed is sign to be suspicious/wary.
• Be wary of sending/receiving money online, especially internationally.
• Make sure that cheques have been cleared by your bank before transferring or wiring any refunds or overpayments back to the sender.
• If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
• Would you buy a bike sight unseen? Anyone doing this is likely not legitimate.
• Please also be aware of third party buyers and oil rig scammers.
