Each poster is individually numbered as part of a series of 500. The posters are printed in glorious full colour on high quality 250gsm gloss art paper and suitable for framing.
Two of the posters are a generous size of 600mm x 900mm whilst the Time Trial poster is a striking panoramic shot measuring 500mm x 900mm.This set will make an impressive addition to any decor.
Poster 1 is of Stage 18 and shows Cadel Evans digging deep, leading a chasing group of Voeckler, Rolland, Basso, Cunego, Contador and Frank Schleck, up the Col du Galibier in Stage 18. Andy Schleck won the stage by 2:07 over brother, Frank, with Evans third a further eight seconds back.
Poster 2 is of Stage 20 and features Cadel Evans form to gain 2 minutes 30 over nearest rival, Andy Schleck, in the individual time trial, the penultimate stage of the 2011 tour. He took the overall lead by 1:34 leaving only the last day’s ride into Paris before he would claim victory.
Poster 3 is the emotive Stage 21 where Cadel Evans rolls down the Champs-Elysees, soaking in the enormity of realising his lifetime ambition—victory in the world’s greatest cycling race. Evans became the first Australian to win the event in its 108 year history.
