These are 3T’s first stab at wheels and at first blush they look the goods. A hybrid carbon/alloy 60mm clincher rim with 18 spokes in the front wheel and 24 rear, the pair weighs in at a solid though not outrageous 1,870g. 3T claim the wheels are stiff and stable—and tough enough to take some serious punishment. We’ll see how they go in a test review in the next issue.
