‘Dream Come True’ As Canada’s Alison Jackson Wins Paris Roubaix Femmes

Alison Jackson became the first Canadian to win Paris-Roubaix with her phenomenal victory on Saturday.

“I love bike racing. I love the chaos, I think it’s so fun. But there’s a special type of fun when you win,” the 34-year-old EF Education-TIBCO-SVB rider told reporters after the third edition of the iconic women’s race.

“As a Canadian, to win this race is pretty monumental for cycling in Canada. It’s the biggest win of my career … it’s a dream come true,” she concluded.
