Patrick Jonker is a Santos Tour Down Under ambassador and all-round good guy. Bicycling Australia asked Jonker his thoughts on Peter Sagan’s Stage 4 win in Uraila and who might be first to the top of mighty Willunga Hill on Stage 5.
