Video: World Championships Mixed Relay Explained By Luke Durbridge

Being held for just the third time at the UCI World Championships in Wollongong, the Team Time Trial Mixed Relay uses the same course as the Men’s and Women’s Junior, and Men’s U23 TT.

It’s a relatively unknown race format and still quite a mystery to many, but in this short video Aussie TT specialist and Mixed Relay rider Luke Durbridge explains all there is to know. Plus he offers his insights into the big one – Sunday’s Elite Men’s Road Race.
