Wahoo Releases their New Elemnt Computer

Wahoo has followed up their Reflkt bike computers with the new Elemnt.

The Elemnt is dual band, running both Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity and makes pairing with your phone super easy by displaying a QR code on screen to scan. Other features include customisable data display, Live Tracking, text, email and phonecall notifications on screen, and ability to load and display maps and directions. It also has LED Quicklook; a means of fast feedback via colour coded data display so you can see if you’re meeting previous performance levels e.g. speed and cadence on a given route. The Elemnt is a similar size to the Garmin 800 and uses a similar, but not 100% compatible quarter turn mount, though it comes complete with mounting hardware options. The Elemnt is due for release in Australia in January 2016 with pricing for the computer to be around $499.95.
