One Man’s Bike(s)

Peter Gaskil shows us one of his favourite bikes, a stainless steel Holdsworth Strada.

Hand made in Yorkshire, the United Kingdom, the Strada features TIG welded Reynolds 953 Stainless Steel tubing. It was designed by master frame builder Mark Reilly and is said to be “as British as an oil painting by John Constable, and just as easily recognized as a true work of art.”

As for weight, according to the company the medium sized model with Ultegra 6800 and Vision’s Team 35 wheelset comes in at 7.6kg.

Peter is a resident of Girona, Spain, but we think this bike would look just as good on local Aussie roads. An absolute classic, we hope you enjoy the video.
