If you’re uber-observant when it comes to equipment you may have noticed Teams Cofidis and Vacansoleil-DCM wearing this helmet during the Tour. It was being tested by Johnny Hoogerland and David Moncoutie and as you read this, the feedback from these riders is being used to put the final touches to the helmet. Ventilation is the watchword here with 29 optimally shaped vents. It will also have double in-mould construction, and an internal reinforcement structure with special emphasis to the rear of the helmet.
Expect to see it available either at the end of 2012 or the beginning of 2013.
