Early Bird pricing for Bowral Classic 2026 ends this Sunday

If you’re planning to ride the Bowral Classic’s 10th anniversary edition this year, you have just a few days left to secure discounted entry, with Early Bird pricing ending this Sunday, 21 June.

The popular Southern Highlands gran fondo returns on Sunday, 18 October 2026, marking a decade of The Classics series and celebrating 10 years of Australian-owned cycling events.

Riders can choose from three routes ranging from 85km to 150km, all starting from Bong Bong Street in the centre of Bowral. The courses wind through the rolling roads, villages and countryside of the Southern Highlands, offering a mix of challenging climbs and scenic riding that has helped establish the event as a favourite on the Australian cycling calendar.

Beyond the riding itself, participants can look forward to fully supported routes, resourced rest stops and a festive finish-line atmosphere. The Event Village at Loseby Park will once again feature live music, food stalls, local beer and wine, and displays from cycling brands and industry partners.

The 2026 event also marks a significant milestone for organisers.

“As we celebrate 10 years of The Bowral Classic, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible riders, our passionate community, and our valued commercial partners,” said The Classics founder James Yaffa.

To commemorate the anniversary, organisers have released a limited-edition 10-year Bowral Classic jersey, available during the Early Bird period for $85, reduced from the usual $125.

The Bowral Classic attracts thousands of riders from across Australia and overseas each year and contributes more than $3 million annually to the Southern Highlands tourism economy.
