Based in China’s technology capital of Shenzhen, cycling brand Coospo has built a growing stable of tech products at genuinely accessible prices. With GPS computers, radar lights, heart-rate monitors, and compact electric pumps in its lineup, Coospo is clearly targeting riders who want reliable functionality without the high-end price tag. Curious to see how the range performs as a complete ecosystem, we reached out to the brand late last year and tested four of their most popular products.
CS600 Smart Cycling Computer
Coospo’s flagship computer aims to deliver premium functionality at a far friendlier price, and in day-to-day use, it largely succeeds. The unit feels solid and well-finished, the display is bright, and the setup is refreshingly straightforward. GPS accuracy was consistently reliable, with no noticeable drift or signal lag, and sensor pairing remained rock-steady. Data fields are clean, uncluttered and easy to take in with a glance.
Navigation is reliable for basic routing, though the mapping lacks the finesse, intelligence and visual polish you’ll find on high-end units from Garmin, Wahoo or Hammerhead. Still, if you want dependable ride metrics, long battery life and a genuinely stress-free user experience, the CS600 offers far more than its modest price suggests.

TR70 Smart Radar Tail Light
Compact, sturdy and confidence-boosting on the road, the TR70 brings radar-based rear safety to a much more accessible price bracket. Detection performance is solid, alerting to fast-approaching vehicles well before they’re audible, and the Garmin-style quarter-turn mount makes it instantly familiar. Battery life is a standout too, easily handling long training rides. For riders seeking the benefits of radar without the premium price tag, the TR70 is a compelling option.

HW9 Armband Heart Rate Monitor
The HW9 is a lightweight, comfortable and surprisingly refined alternative to a traditional chest strap. It pairs quickly, delivers consistent and accurate readings, and stays put without sliding around during harder efforts. For riders who prioritise comfort, simplicity and reliable heart-rate data, the HW9 is an appealing, hassle-free option.
X1 Bike Air Pump

The X1 turned out to be the biggest surprise of the range. Compact, well-designed and easy to stash in a jersey pocket or saddle bag, it punches well above its weight. It inflates tyres to high pressures faster than expected, the digital display is clear and accurate, and, unusually for a mini electric pump, it doesn’t overheat excessively during use.
In testing, it brought a 28mm road tyre from flat to riding pressure in just a couple of minutes. It’s louder than a full-sized electric pump and not as rapid as a Fumpa, but for roadside fixes, travel, or quick pre-ride top-ups, it’s a genuinely capable little tool.
Connectivity and mobile app
The CS600 computer, TR70 radar light and HW9 heart-rate monitor all use Bluetooth and ANT+, making them cross-compatible with most major cycling brands. Pairing was instant across all devices tested, with stable connections throughout.
Coospo’s companion app, CoospoRide, ties everything together neatly – handling device setup, firmware updates, route planning and quick adjustments without adding complexity. While not as feature-rich as the biggest ecosystem apps, it’s clean, functional and easy to use.

Final verdict
Individually, each product delivers strong performance for its price point – but the real story here is value. The CS600 offers dependable ride data without premium-computer pricing. The TR70 makes radar-based safety more accessible than ever. The HW9 provides accurate, comfortable heart-rate tracking, and the X1 pump is a surprisingly capable everyday tool.
Together, they form an ecosystem that punches well above its weight. While none of the products offer the ultra-refinement of high-end brands, they deliver functionality that will easily satisfy commuters, recreational riders, new cyclists upgrading their kit, and value-driven riders who want solid gear without overspending.
