Who is the Best Sprinter of All Time?

In the wake of the 2015 season, Mark Cavendish had some great results at the Dubai Tour, the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey, the Tour of California and the Tour de France, amonst other one day classics that he won, taking the green sprinters jersey from some races and the overall general classification leaders jersey from the others.

But Youtube cycling sensation Global Cycling Network (GCN) has raised an interesting comparison, who is the best sprinter of all time, Mark Cavendish or Mario Cipollini?
