Gradient Blue Cycling has been dedicated to delivering outstanding cycling experiences for enthusiastic cyclists in Australia and across the globe for more than a decade. Focused on road cycling tours, Gradient Blue Cycling is committed to curating tours that seamlessly blend the excitement of conquering Europe’s iconic rides with a genuine immersion in local culture.

Guided by seasoned leaders, thoughtfully planned routes are tailored to accommodate each rider’s skill level. On challenging days, support vehicles are on hand to assist cyclists in pursuing their cycling aspirations.

Discover the magnificent cycling destinations in Europe

A standout feature of Gradient Blue Cycling’s tours is the diversity of locations chosen for each tour. Each base provides excellent access to some of the most breathtaking cycling destinations.

Italian Classics Tour: Split between Bormio and the Dolomites, both locations offer access to legendary Giro d’Italia rides and climbs. Must-experience routes include the formidable Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo passes, and Dolomite highlights such as Passo Giau and the Sella Ronda’s four peaks. The scenery is truly awe-inspiring.

French Connection – Pyrenees: Based in Bagneres-de-Luchon, surrounded by Tour de France legends. Iconic climbs such as Col d’Aubisque, Col du Tourmalet, Col de Peyresourde, Port de Bales, and Superbagneres await. Situated on the border between France and Spain, the Pyrenees offer a blend of challenging climbs and stunning scenery.

French Connection – Alps: Operating from Bourg d’Oisans, at the foot of the Tour de France legend – Alpe d’Huez. The Alpine climbs reach dizzying heights, surpassing our Pyrenean climbs. These rides are truly epic. In addition to Alpe d’Huez, riders conquer the Col du Telegraphe/Col du Galibier, Col de la Croix de Fer, Col du Glandon, and more.

Girona Road Experience: This latest addition to our tours is based in Girona, the cycling hub. Renowned for hosting over 200 professional road cyclists, Girona offers tranquil roads and impressive climbs such as Rocacorba, Els Angels, and Sant Hilari. On other days, you will be guided on enchanting routes along the Costa Brava, where the scenery is absolutely breathtaking.

But wait, there’s more!

Considering cultural immersion, in addition to cycling the roads of the pros, our guests will have the opportunity to indulge in delectable regional cuisine and fine wines and partake in the rich traditions of each region.

Additionally, should riders choose not to bring their own bike, we work closely with experienced local cycling shop partners to offer high quality bikes for hire.
